Man arrested after fatal collision killed pedestrian in his 20's
A 65-year-old is being held on suspicion of causing death by careless driving
A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal collision in Bladon, near Woodstock, which claimed the life of a pedestrian in his 20s.
The 65-year-old man, from Stroud, was arrested on Saturday afternoon, 20th December, on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and failing to stop at the scene of a collision.
The crash happened shortly before 3am on Saturday on Grove Road, Bladon, where the pedestrian tragically died at the scene.
The arrested man currently remains in police custody.
Police seek witnesses
Thames Valley Police are still appealing for witnesses to come forward, as well as anyone who might have dash-cam footage of the incident.
