Police seek witnesses following reported incident in Moors Avenue crossing
Police are requesting help from the public after a man reportedly used his mobile phone to film up the skirt of a teenage girl in Cheltenham.
The incident is said to have occurred at around 8.45am on Tuesday morning, 20th January, on the bridge passing Moors Avenue heading towards Colletts Drive.
According to reports, the man stopped the 14-year-old girl under the pretence of asking for directions before recording footage with his phone.
The man is described as being white, in his 30s, approximately 5ft 9in tall, and sporting a ginger beard.
He was wearing a black waist-length coat, a black trapper-style hat with fur lining, black trousers, and carrying a black rucksack.
