Pair deny murdering two men and poisoning three others

A man and a woman have denied murdering two men and poisoning three others.
Adina Mihai, aged 30, and Madalin Dumitru, aged 29, both formerly of Ilford, Essex, have been charged with a total of 19 offences including the murders of Gary Mouat, 37, and 80-year-old Malcolm King.
Mr Mouat died at an address in Hazeldene Gardens, Banbury, in July last year, and the pair have each been charged with one count of murder, plus an alternative count of manslaughter, one count of administering poison to inflict grievous bodily harm (GBH), an alternative count of administering poison and one count of conspiracy to steal.
Mr King died at an address in Bagendon near Cirencester on August 21 2024.
Mihai and Dumitru have both been charged with murder over the incident as well as an alternative count of manslaughter, administering poison to inflict GBH, and an alternative count of administering poison and one count of conspiracy to steal.
They have also been charged with administering poison to inflict GBH, alternative counts of administering poison and conspiracy to steal in relation to three other men on three separate occasions between July 13 and 31 in 2025.
The pair appeared at Oxford Crown Court on April 24 where they entered not guilty pleas to all charges.
They were remanded in custody and will next appear at the same court on June 3.
