Braintree woman charged with public order offences set for court appearance
Holly West faces multiple charges including racially aggravated offences

A woman from Braintree is facing numerous public order charges following incidents reported in January 2026.
Holly West, 39, of Marlborough Road, has been charged with two counts of committing a public order offence and two counts of committing a racially aggravated public order offence.
The charges stem from allegations that two victims were verbally harassed on 17th January and 24th January.
West will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court tomorrow, 28th July, in relation to these offences.
Additional charges include racially aggravated common assault, common assault, and a further racially aggravated public order offence related to the event on 24th January.
West will appear in court again on 25th August for these additional charges.
