Westlife: Everything we know about their '25 - The Ultimate Collection'

Following the hugely exciting news last year, that Westlife will be going on 'The 25th Anniversary World Tour' in 2026, the band released a song called 'Chariot', AND announced a new album called '25 - The Ultimate Collection'.

Continuing their 25th anniversary celebrations, which started with their London shows, the band's upcoming album will feature fan favourites along with brand new material, recorded by all four members of the band.

Despite Mark Feehily sadly not being able to join Westlife on tour, due to health reasons, he is still very much part of the band and the new music that features on '25 - The Ultimate Collection'.

The band announced the news of the album as they also revealed their full list of tour dates, writing on Instagram: 'We’re also excited to announce our album ‘25 – The Ultimate Collection’ will be released on Feb 13th 2026. A collection of some of our favourite Westlife songs from over the years with a few new ones added too 👀'.

They continued: 'Not only that but our new song Chariot is out today! It’s been a while since we’ve released new music into the world, so this means a lot to us. We’re incredibly grateful to all of you for the response we’ve had on the 25th anniversary so far. Here’s to more memories to come ❤️'.

Fans are understandably very excited at the announcement of the tour and new music, with one writing: 'Love this new song!!! Spot on sound ❤️❤️'. Another wrote: 'Soooooooo excited ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (sic) with a third fan commenting: 'here’s the date we’ve been waiting for!😃'.

Speaking about the announcement, Westlife said: "This year marks 25 years since we started this incredible journey together and it still feels like only the beginning. The support from our fans has been unbelievable, and to celebrate with this world tour, new music, and a brand-new album feels truly special. We can’t wait to see you all on the road and share this next chapter together."

When will it be released?

Originally due for release on 13th February 2026, it was then delayed due to 'some unavoidable scheduling changes' until 8th May. The new release date was confirmed on the band's official website.

Charli XCX - 'Wuthering Heights'

Charli XCX released her album 'Wuthering Heights' on Friday 13th February, the same day the new adaptation of the Emily Brontë book arrived, directed by Saltburn director Emerald Fennell.

Leigh-Anne - 'My Ego Told Me To'

Release date: Out now
Leigh-Anne has now released her debut solo album called 'My Ego Told Me To', which will be supported by a tour of the same name. The album features her 2025 songs 'Been A Minute', 'Burning Up' and 'Dead and Gone'.

Bruno Mars - 'The Romantic'

Release date: Out now
Bruno Mars' latest album 'The Romantic' was released on 27th February, and was preceded by his Number 1 single 'I Just Might', which was released on 9th January. He has now also released 'Risk It All' from the album. This is the singer's first solo album since '24K Magic' in 2016.

BLACKPINK

Release date: Out now
BLACKPINK released their third mini album called 'Deadline' on 27th February. It was their first album as a band in around four years and follows on from their world tour, which ended in January 2026 in Tokyo.

Harry Styles

Release date: Out now
Harry Styles confirmed in January 2026 that he would be releasing his fourth album in March. The album called 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.' was released on 6th March and features the lead single 'Aperture'. It will be supported by a huge tour later in the year, when he will be performing a record-breaking 12 dates at Wembley in London.

BTS

Release date: Out now
BTS have now released their comeback album 'Arirang', named after a traditional Korean folk song. On the day the band released their album, they also released their first single from the album 'SWIM', much to the excitement of their fans.

RAYE - 'This Music May Contain Hope'

Release date: Out now
RAYE announced in January 2026 that her second album would be entitled 'This Music May Contain Hope' and would be released on 27th March 2026! She shared the news on Instagram alongside the album artwork, which shows her holding onto a rope and opening a door in the sky which shows the album's title as if it's the Sun. Fan-favourite 'Where Is My Husband!' appears on the album, as well as emotional track 'Click Clack Symphony'.

Dermot Kennedy - 'The Weight of the Woods'

In January, Dermot Kennedy announced he would be releasing his album 'The Weight of the Woods' in April. The album was created between Ireland and Nashville, and the singer has described the album as "organically" Irish, without trying to force it, he also revealed despite doing work on it in Nashville - home of country music - it wasn't a country album.

ZAYN - 'Konnakol'

Release date: 17th April 2026
Along with announcing the release date for his new song 'Die For Me', ZAYN revealed he will be releasing his fifth solo album called 'Konnakol' in April. The album's unusual title means 'the South Indian Carnatic art of performing complex percussion syllables vocally, acting as a rhythmic language for composition and education'.

Melanie C - 'Sweat'

Release date: 1st May
In October 2025, Melanie C announced she will be releasing a new album called 'Sweat' in 2026. The album will include 13 songs including the title track as its lead single and is the singer's 'most euphoric record to date'.

Westlife - '25 - The Ultimate Collection'

The album features many of the band's biggest hits along with some new material recorded by all four members of the band. Originally due for release in February, the date was put back until 8th May due to 'some unavoidable scheduling changes'.

The Pussycat Dolls - 'PCD' and 'Doll Domination' re-issues

Following their reunion and tour announcement, The Pussycat Dolls will be reissuing their albums 'PCD' and 'Doll Domination', featuring hits like 'Don't Cha', 'Beep' and 'Buttons'.

Niall Horan - 'Dinner Party'

Release date: 5th June
Niall Horan will release his fourth solo album later this year. The album will feature 12 songs, including the title track 'Dinner Party', which is about the first time he met his girlfriend Amelia Woolley. The singer also announced a tour to support his album taking place later this year.

Bebe Rexha - 'Dirty Blonde: The Visual Album'

Release date: 12th June
Bebe Rexha will be releasing her album 'Dirty Blonde' this summer. The record is a visual album and features 13 songs which she has already recorded the music videos for. She joined Hits Radio Breakfast to celebrate the release of her song 'New Religion', telling them how she recorded all the music videos in just three days.
