Stephanie Davis cries in Celebrity Big Brother house while boyfriend 'dumps' her on Twitter
Sam Reece says he will no longer support her
Wracked with guilt inside the Celebrity Big Brother house after getting close to Jeremy McConnell, former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis was sensationally ditched by her boyfriend Sam Reece on Twitter last night.
In last night’s episode, Stephanie broke down in tears in the diary room when the stark realisation hit her that she might have destroyed her relationship with model Sam Reece after snuggling up with Jeremy.
A highly emotional Stephanie told Big Brother: “I want Sam. I love him and so much and I just want to see him. I just don’t want Sam to be mugged off on the outside because I know Jeremy likes us, but he’s my best friend in here and I couldn’t be without him and we have a laugh.
"But I would be devastated if… I keep thinking about Sam being sad. I’ve not done anything but I’m just worried in case people try and say stuff when it’s not like that.”
Unfortunately for Stephanie, clearly upset by her antics inside the house, 18 minutes into last night’s show Sam ditched his girlfriend.
He wrote: “Hi everyone, I will no longer be supporting Stephanie Davis... Thanks for all your support and love you have given me!!”
Many Twitter users voiced their support for Sam, with one writing: “good for you she is attention seeking drama queen! X”
However, another user defended Stephanie, saying: “She ain't even done anything wrong it is possible for a man and a woman to be just friends.. I have snuggles.”
Elsewhere during last night’s show, Jeremy admitted he had feelings for Stephanie, saying: "She’s a gorgeous girl, she’s sound, of course I flirt with her. It’s going to get worse.
"She’s so funny. It feels like a proper genuine connection in here. I’m a flirt, I’m a single bloke. I can’t get away from it, attraction isn’t a choice.”
When Megan McKenna and Scotty T saw Stephanie in tears as she left the diary room, Scotty pointed out that it was because she had feelings for Jeremy.
