Two charged after woman suffers head injuries in Hull
They will appear in court in October.
Two people who attacked a man and woman causing them serious head injuries outside an address in Hull in February this year, have pleaded guilty.
21 year-old Scott Harrison of Bridlington Avenue in Hull and 25 year-old Bethany Davis, of Appleton Road in Hull will be sentenced in October.
Leading the investigation was Detective Constable Chloe Campbell-Hamilton from our Criminal Investigation Department (CID) who said: “Harrison and Davis are a dangerous duo who attended the woman’s house armed with weapons, with one motive – to cause significant harm.
“Whilst I am pleased that Harrison and Davis have admitted what they have done, by no means does this undermine what they put the man and woman through, and they both must continue to live with the mental and physical scars as a result of the attack.
“They were both completely reckless, and I am reassured they are going to be jailed and no longer pose a risk to the wider community.
“Violent offending of any nature will not be tolerated, and we will always do everything we can to hold offenders like Harrison and Davis accountable, stacking up evidence to lead perpetrators to plead guilty and get justice for victims.”
