Two arrested after drug raid uncovers £9,000 worth of suspected class B drugs in Scunthorpe

Air rifles and cash also found during search by Kinetic Intervention Team

Two individuals have been arrested following a drugs raid in Scunthorpe where officers found suspected class B drugs valued at approximately £9,000.

The raid was executed by the Kinetic Intervention Team on The Fairways, Scunthorpe, on 27th February.

In addition to the drugs, officers discovered £250 in cash and two air rifles at the address.

A 37-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

Both have been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
