Traffic restrictions removed at A1079/Jock's Lodge roundabout
Junction scheme nearing completion in East Riding of Yorkshire
Traffic restrictions on the A1079 will be lifted tomorrow evening, 11th September, as part of the completion of the A164/Jock's Lodge junction scheme, according to East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
This will fully open the A1079/Jock's Lodge roundabout and its approaches, although traffic restrictions from Kingswood remain due to ongoing National Grid works, separate from the Jock's Lodge project.
The remaining restrictions on the A164 will be removed in the coming weeks, marking the full completion of the junction scheme.
The council expressed gratitude for the community's patience during construction and while final elements are completed.
