Man suffers life-changing injuries in Scunthorpe vehicle collision

A man has been left with life-changing injuries after a crash between a car and an e-bike in Scunthorpe.
Officers from Humberside Police were alerted to an incident taking place on Ashby High Street just after 4:15pm on Friday (July 25th).
When responders arrived on the corner with Grange Lane South, they found that a car had collided with an e-bike, with the cyclist - a 71-year-old man requiring immediate medical attention.
The man was eventually taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries, which officers have now described as "life-changing".
Humberside Police are now urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the crash to get in touch as soon as possible.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of the area at the time of the crash are being particularly welcomed to come forward.
