Police seek information after two-car collision near Beverley

Officers appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage of incident on Killingwoldgraves Lane

Police are appealing for information following a two-vehicle collision near Beverley on Friday, 10th July.

The incident occurred around 2:35 pm on Killingwoldgraves Lane, shortly after the crossroads with Newbald Road and Walkington Heads.

The collision involved a black Vauxhall Astra and a black Hyundai i20.

Emergency services were called to the scene, and an 85-year-old woman, a passenger in the Hyundai, was transported to hospital with injuries.

Her injuries are not currently believed to be life-threatening.

Following the collision, investigations have been initiated to uncover the full details surrounding the incident.

Officers have been speaking with witnesses as part of their enquiries.

Police are urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time or who might have dashcam footage of the collision to come forward.
