That's after more survivors came forward to report him

A convicted child sex offender who raped and sexually abused two children over several years has been given an additional 18-year prison sentence.
66-year-old Paul Tyler, who's from Bridlington, was already in prison serving a 16-sentence that began in 2012 for sexual offences against children in the West Yorkshire area.
He'll now serve an 18-year sentence after the previous one is up, following further reports from survivors.
An investigation was launched in August 2022, after a man came forward and told police that Tyler raped him multiple times as a child.
Tyler pleaded guilty at Hull Crown Court in December 2024 to five counts of rape of a boy under 13, and sexual assault of a boy under 13.
His sentencing was postponed however, as a woman also came forward to report Tyler. She told officers he sexually abused her as a child, too.
He later pleaded guilty to two counts of causing a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity, rape of a girl under 13, sexual assault of a girl under 13, and assault by penetration of a girl under 13.
He pleaded guilty to 11 offences in total.
