Man seriously injured outside Bridlington pub

It happened in the early hours of yesterday morning

Officers are appealing for witnesses, after reports of a fight outside a pub on Marlborough Terrace, Bridlington, which resulted in a man sustaining serious injuries at around 1am yesterday morning (Sunday, 14 September 2025).

A 25-year-old man has been taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries.

Officers attended the scene and three men were arrested, following lines of enquiries a further man has been arrested.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm and criminal damage.

An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Another 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm.

A 32-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the investigation, on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm and affray.
