Man charged after indecent exposure in Cleethorpes
26-year-old Asharf Ahmed is accused of outraging public decency
A man has been charged following reports of an indecent exposure in Cleethorpes in the early hours of yesterday morning (11 September).
26-year-old Asharf Ahmed, from Cleethorpes, is accused of outraging public decency.
The man, who told officers he was Libyan, has been remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before Grimsby Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 12 September.
