Urgent call for witnesses following Lund road collision
Police need public assistance after serious incident
Police in East Riding of Yorkshire are urgently seeking information following a serious road collision near Lund.
The incident, involving a white Volkswagen van and a black Yamaha motorcycle, occurred around 4pm on Monday, 6th July 2026, at B1248 near the North Road junction.
The reasons for the collision remain unclear.
The motorcycle rider, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash camera footage or other information to come forward.
