He scored five goals and contributed three assists, playing his final game in the DFB-Pokal.

During his Bundesliga tenure, Ansah made a notable debut, scoring twice in a match against VfB Stuttgart, and continued finding the net against TSG Hoffenheim, Eintracht Frankfurt, and RB Leipzig.

Born in LĂĽdenscheid, Ansah initially made his mark at SC Paderborn, advancing his team from the Oberliga to the Regionalliga with six goals in 10 appearances.

His senior breakthrough was in the 2. Bundesliga, where he scored seven goals and provided eight assists in 60 appearances over two years at Paderborn before his transfer to Union Berlin.

Internationally, Ansah has represented Germany at the Under-20 and Under-21 levels, scoring six goals in 18 appearances for his country.

Ansah expressed his excitement and aspirations upon joining Hull City, saying:

He emphasised his flexibility and work ethic, highlighting his desire to contribute significantly to his new team.

Currently, Hull City supporters have the opportunity to pre-order City Speaks collection items after demand exceeded expectations.
