Humberside Police releases CCTV after serious assault in Hull

It happened at Spring Bank last week

Officers are keen to speak to a man, as a part of an ongoing investigation into a reported serious assault on Spring Bank, Hull at approximately 11.50pm on Thursday, 11 September 2025.

Emergency services attended and a 33-year old man was taken to hospital for treatment to life threatening injuries to his head, he remains in critical condition at this time.

Detective Inspector Lloyd Sharkett said: “Following multiple lines of enquiry, a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

“At this time, we believe the attacker knew the victim, but our enquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances, we would urge anyone with any information or concerns, to please speak to officers whilst they’re out and about."
