Four men arrested after five vehicles set on fire in Grimsby
Three remain in custody as police investigate suspected arson
An investigation is underway after five vehicles were found on fire on Barmouth Drive in Grimsby in the early hours of Tuesday 14th October.
Emergency services were called to the street at around 12.40am, where they discovered multiple cars alight. Officers are treating the fire as suspected arson.
Three men – aged 41, 39 and 35 – have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson. They remain in custody and are helping police with their enquiries.
An 18-year-old man was also arrested during the investigation. He has since been released under investigation and is not believed to be connected to the fire at this time.
Humberside Police are continuing to appeal for any information, including CCTV or dashcam footage from the area around the time of the fire.
