Young Greece international Christos Mouzakitis signs with Hull City
19-year-old midfielder joins Tigers from Olympiacos
Hull City have announced the signing of Greek midfielder Christos Mouzakitis from Olympiacos.
The 19-year-old has secured a deal with the Tigers, lasting five years until the summer of 2031.
Mouzakitis, who is deemed an exciting prospect, is Hull City's 18th and final signing of this summer's transfer window.
He has already earned 11 caps for Greece and scored three goals, in addition to seven assists during his time with Olympiacos.
Mouzakitis began his football career at a young age, joining Olympiacos at just seven years old.
He was recognised for his performances by being named the Super League Greece Young Player of the Season in the 2024/25 season.
The Athens-born player had a standout season participating in a double win for Olympiacos in the Super League and Greek Football Cup, and subsequently the 2025 Greek Super Cup.
His international career kickstarted with his first cap in a 2-0 Nations League victory against Finland in November 2024.
More recently, he featured in three World Cup qualifiers and June friendlies for Greece in 2026.
Mouzakitis has shown consistency at a high level, making 36 appearances in the season they won the double, and playing all 10 Champions League fixtures in their latest campaign.
