CCTV released in hunt for missing Sam
The 24 year old from Hull hasn't been seen since Thursday 6th November
Humberside Police officers continue to pursue all possible lines of enquiry in the search for missing 24-year-old Sam from Hull and are now releasing CCTV footage in an appeal for help to locate two potential witnesses on the day of his disappearance (Thursday, 6 November 2025).
Leading the search, Chief Inspector Owen Stafford said: “The footage shows two individuals walking along the rear of Ocean Boulevard on Victoria Dock promenade in Hull at around the same time Sam was last seen.
“This location is approximately a two-minute walk from Axholme Court on Plimsoll Way, where Sam was captured on CCTV at around 12.10pm that day (Thursday, 6 November). We are appealing for these individuals to come forward as they may have vital information that could assist us.
“We are also keen to speak to anyone who may have been walking along Victoria Dock promenade between Plimsoll Way and Ocean Boulevard between 12.10pm and 12.30pm on Thursday, 6 November. If you were in the area and have not yet made contact, or recognise the individuals in the footage, please get in touch as soon as possible.
“Over the past ten days, we have been conducting extensive lines of enquiry to locate Sam since his disappearance, following established policing procedures to ensure every appropriate lead is explored. This has included reviewing hours of CCTV footage, carrying out house-to-house enquiries, and conducting detailed searches with support from specialist trained officers, scent dogs, and the Underwater Search Unit to try and understand Sam’s movements.
“We continue to support Sam’s family during this incredibly difficult time; keeping them updated as the investigation progresses, and we are doing everything we can to try and find him.
“We are grateful for the continued support from the public, and urge anybody who has any information, no matter how small, to please contact us on 101, quoting log 390 of 6 November 2025.”
