Cannabis farm worth over £70 thousand found in Scunthorpe

A cannabis farm estimated to be worth over £70 thousand was found by officers in Scunthorpe on Friday (10th October).
Officers found the cannabis grow at a property on Common Lane while conducting lines of enquiry.
The grow has been dismantled since.
A Humberside police spokesperson said, "An investigation is underway following the discovery of a cannabis grow at a property down Common Lane in Scunthorpe last week (Friday, 10 October).
"At approximately 9.40am, officers from our Kinetic Intervention Team were conducting lines of enquiry at an address when it was reported they discovered a cannabis grow with an estimated value of £72,500.
"A scene guard was in place at the time to allow Crime Scene Investigators to attend, and officers to dismantle the grow.
"Enquiries remain ongoing to identify those involved, if you have any information that may assist with our investigation, please contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 96 of 10 October.
