White BMW involved in crash on Howell Road

Police have issued an appeal for information following a road traffic collision in Hull on Thursday, 17th September.
The incident occurred at around 11am when a white BMW 1 Series collided with a pedestrian as it exited a roundabout towards Bransholme on Howell Road.
The pedestrian, a woman, sustained a serious leg injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.
At the scene, a 29-year-old man was requested to provide a drugs wipe and subsequently detained on suspicion of drug driving.
He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or has information, including dashcam footage, that could assist in the investigation.
