250th clash between Hull KR and Hull FC taking place

It is the 250th game between Hull KR & Hull FC today.

The two rivals will go head to head once again at Craven Park later in the Super League.

The reigning Super League champions know head coach Willie Peters will leave at the end of the season, he will be looking to go out on a high and continue his impressive time with the club, he says it will be an "electric atmosphere" there is "no bigger derby."

Previewing the game FC's John Cartwright head coach told their club's website: “They’re just great to be a part of, they’re exciting, with the build up for the game. I think I said we’re not really concerned about the turnaround this week because it’s the derby game, so adrenaline will get you up for it, it will be a fantastic atmosphere."
