Two men have been arrested after more than £10,000 worth of Pokémon cards were stolen from business premises in Retford.
Burglars cut through fencing and removed bricks from a wall to raid the storage warehouse on Aurillac Way just after 1am on Saturday 27 December.
Police were alerted after the alarm system was triggered.
CCTV footage showed a van with cloned plates head up towards South Yorkshire and then on to Manchester where it was intercepted at a storage yard.
Two men were arrested after officers found them removing boxes from the van containing collectable playing cards.
The van also contained a number of tools, including a sledgehammer.
Detective Sergeant Andrea Brown, who is investigating the incident, said: "In a few hours of the burglary occurring, we have not only arrested two suspects but secured the stolen goods.
"This was excellent work by officers from Nottinghamshire and Greater Manchester Police.
"Both forces came together to find those responsible for a high-value commercial burglary.
"Burglary has a detrimental impact on businesses and residents. It is not only the financial loss but the emotional distress this crime causes.
"That’s why we will do everything we can to track down those responsible as this result clearly shows."
Two men, aged 24 and 26, from Leeds were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Police are continuing to investigate to locate any further offenders.
