Police are looking for witnesses after the attack on Churchfield Lane
Police are seeking witnesses following reports of a sexual assault in the Radford area of Nottingham.
A woman was allegedly groped during a morning walk along Churchfield Lane.
The victim reported noticing someone appear behind her when she was walking from Knighton Avenue.
She crossed the road and was followed, and then reportedly grabbed from behind near St. Peters Church close to Hartley Road.
The woman screamed, prompting the individual to flee back along Churchfield Lane toward Alfreton Road.
Since the incident, around 8am on 23rd May, police have been conducting investigations, including CCTV and door-to-door inquiries.
Officers are now seeking information about a person captured in an image, believed to be a teenage boy, who they want to speak with in connection to the incident.
He is described as a Black male, dressed in a black hoodie, black trainers, and unique black jogging bottoms with yellow stripes.
Sergeant Karl Browne of Nottinghamshire Police said: "This is a deeply unpleasant incident and has understandably left the victim distressed.
"Violence against women and girls is a force priority and is always treated with the utmost seriousness, and we're determined to locate the person responsible.
"We're keen to speak with the person in this picture immediately, believed to be a teenage boy. We think he could have valuable information that could assist our ongoing inquiries.
