Police appeal for witnesses after two men stabbed in Long Eaton

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after an assault took place in Long Eaton this morning.
Officers were called to Lynden Avenue at around ten to nine after two men were stabbed.
One of the men was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The other man suffered minor injuries.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of affray and remains in police custody.
Police say that both men are known to each other and they believe there is no wider risk to the public.
