A man is due in court today charged with conspiracy to commit murder after a shot was fired in Glen Parva.

Police said they have arrested a further nine people in connection to the incident. They have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

They are seven men aged 21, 22, 24, two aged 26, 40, 44 and two women aged 21 and 51.

The incident happened on March 6th 2026 outside an address in Hewes Close at around 8.40pm.

Police said no one was injured in the incident.

Liam Goldson, 19, of Milton Close, Whiston, Prescot, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

He is due before Leicester Magistrates Court today (10th April).

Police said they are still eager to speak to anyone with any information.
