This morning, a car has collided with a building in St Ann's.
Nottinghamshire Police say emergency services attended the junction of Dakeyne Street and Carlton Road around 7:40 this morning.
They added that this crash has caused "significant damage" to the building and a telegraph pole.
The driver has been taken to hospital with injuries that are not considered to be life-altering or life-threatening. A passenger was left shaken but did not require hospital treatment.
The force say “A cordon remains in place while work is carried out to assess the structural damage caused to the building.”
