Women in her 70s seriously injured in Colyford collision
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the collision between a car and a pedestrian
A local woman in her 70s has been seriously injured after a collision in Colyford this morning.
Officers were called at 8am on Monday 15 December 2025 to the collision on Swan Hill Road involving a red Nissan Micra and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian - a local woman in her 70s - suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by helicopter.
Police say the driver of the car was not injured.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information or dash-cam footage to contact them.
