Police ty to reduce bike and scooter thefts in Plymouth
The force want to reduce the rising numbers of thefts in the city

Police are seeking information in relation to an increase in theft's of Motorbikes and scooters in the Plymouth Area.
Current sightings indicate these stolen bikes are being driven in a dangerous and/ anti-social manner, with riders and pillion passengers being seen without helmets and in cases wearing balaclava's
This is a huge concern to officers as it places both riders, pillion passengers and members of the public at significant risk.
The information received from the public also indicates that those involves are males aged between 14 and 20 years old
