Woman in her 60s dies following collision with lorry in Brixham

Police are investigating and asking for any relevant information

A pedestrian has died following a collision involving an articulated lorry in Brixham.

Police said the collision happened on Brewery Lane at around 3.40pm on Wednesday 21st January.

The victim, a local woman in her 60s, was confirmed dead at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed.

The road was temporarily closed while police conducted their investigations. Officers from the Roads Policing Team thanked the public for their patience during the closure.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage that might help with their enquiries to come forward.
