Massive weekend continues - as Devon hosts more women's rugby world cup matches than anywhere else
Sandy park will today host France and Ireland, after New Zealand and South Africa yesterday
The women's rugby world cup continues today with France and Ireland's quarter-final at Exeter's Sandy Park - which is hosting more games than anywhere else.
The tournament, which started on August 22nd, has sold a record 400,000 tickets so far.
England hooker Connie Powell says she hopes the support for the world cup results in bigger crowds for the women's game in general, saying: "It's super exciting and I hope that people now tune into the PWR and get behind their clubs as well.
"It's mind blowing now for women's sport to now have the reach that it does.
“To be in front of so many people is so exciting - we wouldn't have dreamed of it being like this two or three years ago and we just want everyone to keep tuning in."
Today's kick off is at 1pm.
