Man, 23, charged with voyeurism and trespassing in Exeter

Alleged offences took place between October and February

Five counts of voyeurism and two counts of trespassing with intent to commit a sexual offence have been pressed against Benjamin Fu, a 23-year-old from Woking.

The offences are reported to have occurred at various locations throughout Exeter, including Springfield Road, Pennsylvania Road, Victoria Street, and Hoopern Street.

These events allegedly took place between 1st October 2025 and 3rd February 2026.

Fu is being held in custody and is set to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court today, 16th February.

According to sources, Fu was first arrested after initial reports and released on conditional bail.

He was then rearrested, charged with the above offences, and remanded to court.
