Police investigating fatal collision in Budleigh Salterton
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene
The driver of a vehicle which came off the road in Budleigh Salterton, Devon, has died.
Devon and Cornwall Police were called at around 9pm on Sunday evening (3 May), to a report of a single vehicle collision on the B3178, East Budleigh Road.
It was reported that the vehicle had left the road and come to rest in a field.
The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, and a passenger was taken to hospital to be checked for minor injuries.
The road was reopened, following an investigation at around 9am on Monday morning (4 May).
