Police investigate A66 collision

Police are investigating, after a collision on the A66.

Officers were called to a six-vehicle crash, near to the Brigham turnoff, at 10.57am today ( July 13 ).

It involved two coaches, one van and three cars.

The driver of one of the coaches involved, a man, was taken by helicopter to Royal Preston Hospital with serious injuries.

Any witnesses, or anyone who has relavent dash cam footage, can contact police on 101, referring to incident 78 of July 13.
