Police appeal after man suffers arm injury after assault in Carlisle
Cumbria police are appealing for witnesses
An appeal has been launched into an assault in Carlisle.
Police say they received a report on Friday before 10pm that a man attacked another male with a cosh-type weapon on Rydal Street.
The victim suffered an injury to his arm.
