Man caught with £200k-worth of cannabis in van in Cumbria charged
30-year-old Reece Balfour is due in court today
A man has been charged after officers found an estimated £200,000-worth of suspected cannabis in a van they stopped on the M6 in Cumbria.
30-year-old Reece Balfour, of Turnberry Avenue, Dundee, has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs, and driving without insurance.
Balfour was stopped in a van whilst travelling northbound on the M6 between junctions 41 and 42 at around 1.20pm yesterday (12th February).
40 packages of suspected cannabis were seized.
He's due at Carlisle Magistrates' Court today.
