Three arrested after man shot in the chest during violent disorder in Coventry

Three men have been arrested in connection with a violent disorder in Coventry, which left two men injured.
Police say the disorder happened in the Tile Hill are last night on Robert Mounford Way just after 8:30pm.
One man has been taken to hospital with a life-threatening gunshot injury to his chest while another sustained gunshot injuries to his leg, although his condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
Three men, aged 25, 24 and 22 have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
They remain in custody while enquiries continue.
Extra police patrols will be deployed in the area in the coming days to provide reassurance to the community.
West Midlands Police say their are several active crime scenes at the moment and officers say there may be some disruption for residents.
The force are urging any witnesses or anyone with relevant dash cam or mobile phone footage to contact them.
