Illegal e-bikes taken off Coventry streets
It follows a week of action in the city
Eight illegal e-bikes have been removed from the roads of Coventry during a police operation targeting anti-social behaviour.
The Road Harm team and City Centre team joined together to tackle it in what the West Midlands force describe as proactive patrols.
Other issues dealt with during the focus include abandoned cars and speeding.
A speedwatch was carried out at Lentos Lane, Shilton Lane Wigston Road - where 20 out of 72 vehicles were found to be breaking the 30mph limit - drivers going too fast will be contacted by post.
