Coventry City has announced plans for a bus parade set to take place on 4th May, celebrating the club's recent promotion to the Premier League.

The event, titled WE ARE BACK: LIVE, will feature an open-top bus tour through Coventry, with players and management on board to engage with the community.

Coventry City Council is partnering with the football club to organise the parade, which promises to unite fans across the city.

Starting from Holbrook Way, the parade will pass through key neighbourhoods before concluding at Hearsall Common.

Fans are encouraged to line the streets and join in the celebration.

The open-top bus will make its way through Coventry Building Society Arena, Holbrook Lane, Beake Avenue, and other streets, ending at Hearsall Common for a public gathering.

Following the parade, festivities will continue at War Memorial Park, featuring live entertainment from 1pm to 7pm.

The event will showcase local music and arts, culminating with the introduction of the promotion-winning players and staff.

Doug King, Coventry City Owner & Executive Chairman, expressed excitement about the parade: "We are delighted to announce the route for the parade to celebrate our promotion to the Premier League as Champions. The players and staff will be travelling in the heart of the community to celebrate, and we encourage fans and the people of our city to join them on the public route from Holbrook Way to Hearsall Common and to be part of this amazing and historic event."

Councillor George Duggins of Coventry City Council added: "The whole city is in celebration mode after the club secured the Championship title. The club's parade will provide the opportunity for everyone to come together and share the joy."
