A man has appeared in court charged with murder after human remains were found in a Cornish village.
James Desborough, who’s 39 and from Lower Sticker, is accused of killing 43-year-old Daniel Coleman.
Daniel's disappearance initially sparked a major search.
Desborough's been remanded into custody and will appear at Truro Crown Court tomorrow (11 July).
