Police are appealing for information following a ram raid at a Co‑op in Sutton.

The incident happened at around 2.22am on Saturday (25 April 2026), when a digger was used to force entry into the store, in Ely Road, and steal an ATM.

Officers say it is believed that around six men, all dressed in black, arrived at the location in two vehicles.

Cambridgeshire Police says the men used the digger to gain access to the store, removed the ATM and loaded it onto one of the vehicles before leaving the area.

The force wants to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, seen suspicious vehicles or activity in the area at the time, or who has dashcam, doorbell or CCTV footage that could assist the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police quoting reference 35/30357/26.
