Man shot in Gorefield
A man's been arrested, on suspicion of attempted murder
A man has been injured, after a shooting in Gorefield.
Police were called at about 1.55am, on Sunday (31 May), to reports that a man in his 20s had been shot at Leverington Common.
Officers and medics attended.
The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a critical, but stable condition.
A 35 year-old man from Gorefield was been arrested, on suspicion of attempted murder and has been bailed until 31 August.
It is believed it was a targeted attack.
