A drug dealer who did a stash of class A drugs in a fake coke can has been jailed.

Police pulled over Olsen Isufaj at 2am on 20 January, in Greenside, Waterbeach, after suspecting he was in the area to deal drugs.

The 49-year-old, of no fixed address, admitted to having cocaine in the centre console and officers later discovered a further stash, along with £300 in cash, inside a fake coke can.

At Peterborough Crown Court on Thursday, Isufaj was sentenced to two years and six months in prison after previously pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply drugs, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.

Detective Constable Aaron Fletcher, who investigated, said: “Isufaj was clearly in the area to deal drugs and tried to hide his stash in a fake drink can. Thanks to the vigilance of officers, drugs have been removed from the streets, and another drug dealer is behind bars. We remain committed to tackling drug dealing and keeping our communities safe.”
