Cambridge Oktoberfest celebrates its tenth anniversary
The German beer festival takes place on Jesus Green today.
Cambridge's Oktoberfest is celebrating its tenth anniversary this weekend.
Oktoberfest began in Munich in 1810 for a royal wedding and this popular German festival has been held every year in Cambridge since 2016.
It's taking place on Jesus Green from 11 this morning. Inside a large Bavarian-style tent, there will be long tables, Bavarian beer, German food and a live band. Traditional Bavarian dress is optional!
The ticketed event began last night and ends this evening.
