Police seek dashcam footage from accident involving Volkswagen and Mercedes
Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious collision on the A10 at Foxton on 10th July.
Officers and paramedics responded to the incident on Royston Road at 6.03pm, which involved a silver Volkswagen Golf and a black Mercedes C200.
The driver of the Golf, a 72-year-old man from Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, sustained serious injuries, while his passenger, a 63-year-old woman also from Inverurie, suffered life-threatening injuries.
Both individuals are receiving treatment at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and are reported to be in a stable condition.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 66-year-old man from London, was also taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with minor injuries.
Police urge anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage of the incident or the vehicles beforehand to report via the police website, quoting incident 507 of 10 July.
