Man arrested following Stirchley collision
A man's been arrested following a collision in Stirchley this morning (9 July).
A man has been arrested after a collision, which happened on the A441 Pershore Road in Stirchley, Birmingham, this morning.
Two cars collided at around 4am near the junction to Mary Vale Road. Police closed the road in both directions.
A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving without due a care and attention, and driving while unfit through drink or drugs after the incident.
He and a woman, who was in the car that was hit, were taken to hospital.
Neither are believed to have life changing/threatening injuries.
