Officers investigating a stabbing at a venue in Birmingham are renewing their appeal for information from the public.

Following the incident at Luna Springs, on Lower Trinity Street this weekend, the Major Incident Public Portal (MIPP) has been launched.

One man suffered a slash wound to his head, while another suffered a deep laceration to his arm

This allows members of the public who were in the area to submit still or moving images directly.

Police say they know there were significant numbers of people in the area when the incident happened, shortly before 7pm on Saturday (9 May).

A man in his 40s arrested as part of the investigation has since been bailed while enquiries continue.

One of the injured men has since been discharged from hospital while the second remains in hospital for treatment for injuries which are not life-threatening.
