Man dies after car crashes into tree in Birmingham
A woman in the vehicle was taken to hospital
A man has died after a car hit a tree in the Quinton area of Birmingham early this morning.
Emergency services arrived at Ridgacre Road at approximately 12.15am
The man was pronounced dead after being discovered with severe injuries.
A woman who was also in the vehicle was transported to hospital, where she was treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
West Midlands Police are conducting investigations to determine the circumstances of the crash.
