Man charged over £100,000 fraud in Solihull

It is in relation to personal banking and credit card fraud

A man has been charged over allegations of fraud involving around £100,000.

Mohammed Choudhury, of Widney Manor Road, was detained at an address in Solihull on Tuesday (7th July) morning.

The 48-year-old has been charged with five counts of fraud by false representation under the Fraud Act 2006, in relation to personal banking and credit card fraud.

He was remanded in police custody and was due before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday 8th July).
